Eclipse Satine Papers

2002-04-18 by pelorian

Hi,

I am hoping someone can clarify something for me -
Are there two different Eclipse Satine White papers, a "Bright" and
a "Soft"? If so, is it true that the "soft" has no OB's? Does anyone
know where I might be able to buy the "Soft" on-line?

Try www.photoinkjet.com. The brand name is Brightcube-Eclipse. Yes
there 2 kinds, bright and soft white, and yes, the soft white has no
optical brightners, the bright does have them. The soft white has a
nice smooth surface. I just recently have been trying int out with
mis inks, on a 1280, and really like it. And yes, I did order it on
line-took about 3 days by regular delivery. As the old saying
went,"try it, you'll like it!" Good luck!

Someone else on the list recently pointed me to
http://www.photoinkjet.com/cgi-bin/media/search.cgi?
company=Brightcube_Eclipse_Satine_White

(you might have to re-join the URL)

Scroll down the list until you see soft white. It is 300gsm and
about a $1/sheet (8.5 x 11)

That's correct. The soft whites are just lower in the list than the bright
whites on photoinkjet.com's web site. You can also call their 800 number to
order.
