Advice about papers

Hi all,
I would like to know if is possible to use Archival Matte Paper with
the Dye epson inks. Epson recomend this paper only with the Epson
2000P. It is better that Matte Paper - Heavyweight.
thanks in advance

It works fine with Dye inks. I've used it a lot with my 1270. It
doesn't give you any archival qualities, thats a function of the
pigment based inks, such as those used with the 2000p. I don't buy
it anymore because the regular Matte Heavyweight is cheaper, looks
the same, and doesn't say "epson" all over the back.

Hope this helps.

You can use it and it'll look very good, just like Archival Matte. However,
greatest longevity is had by using Matte Paper Heavyweight with dye inks and
Archival Matte (Enhanced Matte) with pigment inks.
