Back to the days when even 16mB of Memory was something reserved for top level PhotoShop gurus at pre-press bureaus... Back when the cloud filter was a pretty neat new idea and the original software engineers of PhotoShop would give free lectures for Adobe at trade shows.. Funny, I was just thinking about how a list like this might have been b4 digital.. Imagine the arguments on getting rid of uneven tones in "toned" prints, the rights and wrongs of fixing, spotting "the right way"... aggghhhhh! Just goes to show how printing a bordeless 8 x10 in 4 minutes, after perfecting it in PhotoShop, has given us the space to argue over arcania like metamerism and gasfastness (I am in no way undermining the importance of these issues -- just trying to do as I do every so oftenn, step back for a second and gain some perspective) Keith
