Dave,
As Mahesi suggested you may have a corrupted file and will need to start
over from your initial scan file if you saved it or rescan if you didn't. If
you do, keep the current file so that you have all the adjustments and masks
you may have used.
The only other thing I could think to try would be to resample the image
down slightly and see if that will print. Sometimes drivers seem to have
problems at certain combinations of files size and resolution.
