Resolution test file?

Hi Folks, Does anybody know where I can get (buy) a resolution test file? Something like the PIMA/ISO 12233 chart or even the 1951 USAF chart but in a digital form. I can buy charts from Edmunds Industrial Optics but not already scanned. I'd rather not have to have them scanned if I can avoid it. Thanks in advance, Richard Cooke
