Vinny,
In Windows 2000, OUTLOOK go to TOOLS, MAIL FORMAT, SIGNTURES, NEW to
set up. Then in WORD (if you use it as your e-mail editor), OPTIONS DROP
DOWN MENU, E-MAIL SIGNATURES and find the signature you set up earlier
and set up as default.

Frank, thanks for the info. I will try that. Adding a signature to my
regular E-mail didn't do what I wanted. I am trying to add it here in
Yahoo

Re: FW: [Digital BW] signature

Vinny,

If you are replying to posts on line you have to type your signature in each
time. At this point in time I am finding it easier to receive individual
e-mails and have Outlook Express route them to a separate folder. That way I
can reply from Outlook and use all its tools. You also don't have to wade
through so much advertising.

Martin, that sounds like a much better idea. I just have to figure
out how to do that in O.E. as I haven't used it much before. Any help
would be greatly appreciated

RE: FW: [Digital BW] signature

2002-07-29 by Richard Wolfson

Vinny, Outlook Express isn't too hard to deal with. Mostly just try
stuff and see what happens, and use HELP.

With the ORGANIZE feature, you can set up rules (some call them
"filters") to sort your incoming mail into folders. You can also set the
default VIEW of your mail separately for each folder. I like to view
list mail by "conversation topic," but my regular inbox by message.
