I bought these cartridges preloaded from MIS.  Fortunately, I bought 
2 sets.  I tried what you suggested and it was the T007 cartridge 
that was bad.  I've load my second one, and it's charged, so now 
we'll see.

Of course, MIS is now closed for the day.  Hope they do the right 
thing for this bad cartridge.

Luke, you should give them a call about your problems as well.
