Digital BW, The Print

For all the ICQ paper profiles listed in my system's color subdirectory, I 
have a set of Q46's and Q4's.  Does anyone know to what the Q numbers refer?  
Most paper names appear in both the Q46 and Q4 categories, but not all.

My software covers the 3000 and 1160 printer families.
