Well, everybody probably has a hi res copy of the Photodisk test photo
with the babies. Someone who knows more than I about these things could
guide us in converting it to an excellent black and white image, so we'd
all do it the same exact way.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
