Re: Somerset velvet varieties?

Re: Somerset velvet varieties?

2001-08-01 by Jerry Olson

Does anyone know what is going on with Somerset Velvet papers? They seem to
have about 4 different kinds under the same name. Different textures,
different weights, and unless my eyes fail me, slightly different colors.

Some seem to be Much thicker and stronger than others, and one is extremely
"wimpy" and flops about like a fish when you hold it. Just saw a sample
today that was very thick and luxurious, not at all like what I got when I
last ordered it.
