Digital BW, The Print

Wow!  What a controversy!  I had no idea that this line of 
questioning would result in this long of a thread.  The reason 
why I ask is because my former employer, who is a wedding 
photographer (100+ per year), has sold almost all of his Hassy 
equipment and is shooting mostly Canon 1D's and Fuji S2's 
now.  However, I saw a large print of a digital image and it had a 
ton of pixelization going on.  So, before I decide to sell my Fuji 
645zi and Canon EOS system to get the S2 and Nikon lenses I 
wanted to ask all of your opinions on the whole digital thing.  Any 
ideas on whether it's worth the jump now or should I wait?
