I wouldn't think the black ink itself would affect the profiles much,
and yes to the clamp your tubing question.

Greetings Mike,

I'm also using the FS-N inks in an 1160 with the piezo driver.  I've
received the Gen 4 black and I'm waiting on an empty 1160 Black CIS cart --
should have it later this week and hope to try the combination over the
weekend or early next week.  I'll let you know how it goes as well as the
DMax and linearity readings I get (Spectrocam read) with the new combo.  If
you want a small sample print or step wedge (EAM) just let me know.
