I believe the 3000 is notorious for developing feed problems. I gave up on
mine after 2 years of use and bought an Epson 7600. Problem solved. :)

Thanks, I think I got the hang of it.
some training and thinking did it!

I now have a Epson 3000 plus three 1290's.

The 3000 because size matters!
