Mine load fine.
But I did want to warn you about something in PS7 vs PS6. Paul wrote
the curves using PS6 I believe. But the conversion space is from gamma
2.2 (greyscale) to sRGB (when you convert to RGB). If you had version
6 and 7 you would find that the two versions convert the file
differently to sRGB. Looking at the histograms the two versions are
slightly off in mean, SD, etc. In most cases it's not enough to affect
the print tones, but it did cause me posterization in shadows in one
print I did.
The solution is to use Adobe98 as the conversion space instead of sRGB
which gives less or no change from ver 6 to ver 7. What I do is
simply use ver 6 to print and ver 7 to do my editing.
Note also that this applies to Win98Se and 1280. Mac platform and
other printers /windows already specify Adobe 98 as chosen color
space.
