Richard,

I found a low mess way to top off my CIS bottles. I transfer ink from the
new bottles to the CIS bottles using a 60cc syringe and a 4" needle. My CIS
bottles are not easy to reach and the thought of spilling the ink was not
appealing.

I got the syringe and needle from MIS. If you do this, you might file off
the sharp point on the needle for safety. MIS also sells a small funnel to
assist in bottle filling.
