Jann,
Umm, by A3 do you mean 11x17 or an actual A3?
We do offer Museo (which is similar, but not exact to ESFA) in 8 1/2 x11,
11x17, 13x19, and 17x22. check out www.crane.com/products/museo for more
info or email me off list at rrex@...
sincerely

Robert,

Could you explain the differences between Museo and ESFA, both from the
point of view of specs and appearance and image quality? I'm having trouble
visualizing ESFA. Other than rolls, sizes, and weights, how are these papers
similar and different?

Thanks,
Todd Flashner

Robert , I don`t understand how you could compare Museo to
ESFA ?
It is much more yellow , and the surface structure is more like
Photo Rag .
All I would like is ESAF cut in small pieces like A3 or 11*17 ..... !!!
I understand the OBA presence ...
I feel a bit unsecure with Legion Photo Matte , as I have never
seen it , is there some source that I could get a sample from ?
Regards Jann Lipka .

Jann:
I am surprised that you are finding either ESFA or Museo yellower than the
other. Which do you find yellower?

todd, jann:
The differences: because the basis weights are different, the textures will
vary. My observations have been that ESFA is slightly smoother, less
toothier, than Museo (but as manufacturing goes, you may find some
variations in the field). Also, the inkjet receptive coating are slightly
different. Neither ESFA nor Museo contain OBA's, and the hot and cold pH
extract should be equal as well. (still need to post these figures.)
hope this helps

Robert

In that the two papers use different receptive coatings, do images printed
on each and viewed side by side look the same? Which yields deeper blacks?
Which coating would you expect to give longer image life?

Thanks again,
Todd
