Digital BW, The Print

Does anybody have a link explaining how to remove the pizza 
wheels from the 1160?  I searched this list, but did not come up 
with anything.  

I have one wheel that is digging into the surface of EAM paper 
scraping the ink off and leaving a line down every print.  I'm using 
the Piezo driver and MIS FS quads.
