Why is a magenta cast in my Epson C80 prints but not Ilford glossy?

I am presently using an Epson C80 and so far, printing on the Ilford Glossy and Pearl (smooth) papers has been the ideal solution for glossy papers. However, I tried to print the pictures (tinted black and white) using the same settings apart from changing the paper profiling settings on both Heavyweight Matte Paper and Archival Matte. The pictures look spectacular under daylight and tungsten lighting. However, when I brought the matte prints under regular bright florescent lighting, the prints suffer from a magenta cast which is indicative of too much magenta in the pictures from the Epson C80. What should I do? Should I do -10 magenta color correction in the settings before printing? Thanks again for your help. By the way, the magneta cast appears only on matte prints under florescent lighting but glossy prints look absolutely fine under any lighting conditions. Is it because of the coating? AW
