Digital BW, The Print

Here's a strange problem: I cannot seem to print to anything other
than letter-size using the new 1160 OSX driver. When I try printing on
Super A3/B (13x19) I just get a portion of the image. Anyone else
having this problem?

I'm not using OSX yet, but I think that I rememember that one of the
fixes/new-features in OSX 10.2 (or whatever number Jaguar is...) is
some fix for something broken about setting paper sizes....
