Interesting news from the BJP in the UK Either they want to improve their customer service, or they have so many printer problems they need to speed things up! Epson on the High Street Epson is opening 32 new dedicated High Street repair centres across the UK. The Express Centres, located in existing third party retail outlets, will complement Epson\ufffds online and telephone customer support, providing instant repairs or replacement products for a wide range of printers. The manufacturer says it aims to fix most problems within 15 minutes. The Centres will also provide the latest Epson drivers, consumables and advice from Epson trained staff.
