Bo, Not done it yet for Quads but done it often for third party dye or pigment inks. Never cut the pouche, it will be difficult to get it sealed again. It is more convenient to use 9000 carts that hold 220 ml and will empty when approx 20 ml is left. They can be used on 3000's with the ink chamber lid cut off and some tabs removed from the carts. Emptying, cleaning, filling can be done with a syringe. Use a 60 ml syringe with a 0.8 mm needle that is shortened to 13 mm with a straight edge that is polished. Puncture the carts first in the printer to get the right spot. Meanwhile instead of a syringe I use a small vacuum pump and an extra glass bottle in the vacuum line. I had to empty a lot of 9000 carts and that worked very good. With a small vacuum chamber it will be easier to fill carts as well. Ernst
