Epson 3000 - Refill old carts with new ink?

Hallo, Ok Empty the Carts for a Epson does not cost that much. However do you live in Sweden it will take up to three weeks to get them from abroad. I just opened one of this carts - and it seems as it contains a "plastic bag". No tubes in it. Just a rubber seal. Has anyone cleaned/washed such a cart, and refilled it with Quad inks. (Hey I know it will take some time to get the "water inkfree" from my 1290's) Faster by opening the plastic bag, and a trick for sealing it again?? Not because of money, but because of waiting for new carts? Also freight costs will be great compared to those $7/cart! I have seached the archives, but no luck. FYI: By the way - my reseach for how many in Sweden and Finland in total using Qaud/Hex carbon pigment inks (Inkl Piezo) - 3 persons, 2 in Sweden and one in Finland that is.
