There is a version of PhotoRag called Duo with both sides coated for printing. 
Otherwise the sticky side is the printable side as it is for most coated papers.
You can see the varieties of PhotoRag in existence by visiting some of the

inkjetgoodies.com,inkjetart.com - and all the ones I missed... ;-)
