That looks like a NoMoreCarts.com CIS with a Lyson badge on it.

The manufacturer's website [ http://www.nomorecarts.com ] has a list of
other resellers, including one in London. Look at the various
resellers' prices, consider the costs of delivery and problem-solving,
and take your pick.

(I have one of these on an Epson 1160 printer, and very good it is
too...)
