PiezoBW driver

Hello, After a computer crash reinstalled my old Piezography-BW driver. When I try to print through the driver the Export folder is empty. I made the change in the Preferences-Plug-Ins to C\Program\conetech and restarted the Photoshop but now both Export and Import folders are grayed out. Can anybody explain to me in detail what I should do? Thanks. I use Photoshop 5 on Windows 98. Best, Kemal
