Digital BW, The Print

Hello All,

In the new PC mag (12/24/02) there is a "First Looks" write up (page
46) for a new Epson Stylus Photo 960:

   2 picoliter ink droplets
   7 ink cartriges
   2880x1440 res
   8.5 x 11 paper
   will handle roll paper and has paper cutter
   twice as fast as a 2200
   $350 street price

It didn't say anything about inks.  Probably is UltraChrome...

Nope.  Just went to Epson web site.  The ink is

  EPSON Photo Ink (Lightfast Inks)*

...which they say is 

"Lightfastness rating of approximately 25 years based on accelerated
testing of prints on EPSON ColorLife Photo Paper, displayed indoors,
under glass."

Wow, 2 picoliter with 2 black inks...I wonder what this will do with
BO printing.....Hmmmm.....

I wonder if MIS will make cartriges for this.....Hmmmm.....
