Of course ammonia is a base..

But, one generally adds a concentrated base or acid slowly to water, not 
the other way around..  Unless you like bubbles and splashes.

Doesn't make any difference, but I add the ammonia to the water.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
