Digital BW, The Print

fotobob7 asked about using a Stylus Photo/Photo EX/700 for B&W.

I've been using mine for about 8 months now, with the MIS Quad ink set. 
Great images, which are currently on display at the local library. Why 
don't you order a set of cartridges from MIS, play with the curves, 
print out a couple of  step wedges and then try one of your images on it.

Since I don't have the wherewithal right now to purchase a new printer, 
I'm using what I've got and it works fine.

Hope this gives you a bit of encouragement -- don't junk it just yet ;>
