Digital BW, The Print

Does anyone know whether the Paul Roark workflows can be used with 
Photoshop LE or is the full version required? Thanks.

Don't know if LE will let you import curves but if you want a great 
photo editting program that does allow the importation of PS curves 
and you don't want to spend too much, check out Picture Window Pro 
from Jonathan Sacks of Digital Light & Color.  I really think this 
program is a huge bargain. You can check out the site here:

Does anyone know whether the latest PS LE has a "Print with Preview" that
includes the "Transfer Function" option?  The button appears in PS CS when
the "Color Management" is switched to "Output."  The grayscale curves to
control the UT-FS inksets seem to load into the Transfer Function fine.  So
it would be a cheaper route to B&W for Mac users who don't want to buy a
full PS copy.

I presume you are referring to LE3 which was released at Photokina. 
I can confirm that it is not supported by LE2. Unfortunately I don't 
have LE3.
