Simple. Canon's FARE is better than ICE.

Canoscan FS 4000.

Sharpness is the same, Nikon is the better made, has more features,
wider range, etc. It's a matter of how "picky" you are about maximum quality.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
