Can you tell us more about your method, Wayne? What scanner do your
use? Do you do these batch scans at low-res for this purpose -- or do
you scan every frame at max resolution?

[I am waiting on delivery of a cheap second-hand Umax flatbed scanner
with 10"x8" transparency adapter, intending to scan whole films in
their storage sheets. I have decided it is too fiddly to feed strips of
film into my Nikon LS-30 scanner, even with the motorised strip feeder.
For 'final' scans I prefer to use the non-motorised neg holder, which
holds the film flatter and avoids focus problems.]
