Digital BW, The Print

I'm getting a strange glitch with two MIS CMY carts for my 1160. When filling 
the middle chamber with 75% original quad ink, only about half the ink goes 
in before I can't add more, as if the chamber is full.

This happened on both a "de-foamed" cart and a virgin cart. 

Using exact same methods and amount of ink the other two chambers fill w/o a 
problem. 

Any ideas?

Stephen,

Try starting form scratch again, do the vacuum draw as best you can, 
and then take the chip of and microwave it. I give each side and 
both ends a 3-4 second burst, and then draw out each chamber again 
once or twice with the syringe. They always fill properly after 
that. Don't let it get more than a little warm to the touch though, 
you don't want that sponge melting!.
