19X13 boxes from inkjetgoodies and Light Impressions.

Just for your information.

I ordered 19X13 Archival boxes from both inkjetgoodies.com and Light
Impressions. They appear to be the same box. The Light Impressions box
was $16.95 and the inkjetgoodies price was $18.95. The shipping cost
was the same and they both arrived on the same day. Light Impressions
did a better job if packing. They packed it in a bigger box, with more
protection around it. The inkjetgoodies box arrived crushed. When I
called inkjetgoodies and told them about the shipping problem, they
told me that they would send out a another box today. Impressive
customer service, but I would have rather had the box show up in good
shape the have to test their customer service.

Sorry to hear of your experience with IJG.

FWIW - But in the past I've encountered far more serious problems with LI -
entire orders of rag board that aren't square, arriving terribly dog eared
or frames with awful mitres.

And I'd much rather give my business to the smaller shops who are familiar
with their products and offer great customer service and, most importantly,
valuable tech support. I've had great experiences with Greg and IJG.

You should have got the box full of 13x19 paper, then the box was free.

Jerry

I don't know if this deal is still on though.

I just received my replacement boxes from inkjetgoodies. Their customer
service was fast, prompt and friendly. Very impressive.
