7500 head cleaning?

Hi all; I finally got that 7500 I'd mentioned earlier up and running, only to discover I have two major problems, one of which I hope someone can help me with. I have a few clogged nozzles in the K head and a few ni the cyan, that just won't budge. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to unclog them? I don't see any practical way of injecting windex, so I think my only option is to put some dilute ammonia in the CIS and start printing. it Takes about 10 24x30 purge prints to move the ink from the cart position to the head! Not to mention the stench of ammonia for several hours! I would love some ideas to speed up the process that doesn't involve dumping liquids in the waste ink tank- that's the only component component that's below 100% Lifespan on this beast, so once I've overcome this clog, I'll feel like I got a very good deal. The second problem has to do with the WYSIWIG inkset I've been developing: The 7500 made complete hash out of it, I'll have to reformulate or find another solution that deosn't require spending 1500.00 on IP5. Rats! Steve K
