Digital BW, The Print

I'm having a problem with what appears to be a head problem. The "yellow" position ink is blowing by beyond the edge of the print and when I try to crank up the "coolness" using the yellow adjustment, nothing happens. I tried using a paper towel laid in the head track and moistening it with Windex. It took a lot of ink off the head, but the problem remains. The printer sat for a month or so with no use. I've also noticed banding (not physical) throughout.

Ideas?
