Generations 4 black ink

Generations 4 black ink

2003-02-16 by Stephen Kobrin <skobrin@hotmail.com>

I would like to try the Generations 4 black in that has been
discussed, but want to make sure that: 1) I have the right stuff and
2) it is compatible with the MIS-VM ins and Roark curves for my
1200. Do I assume correctly that what is listed by Inkjetart as
Mediastreet's Generations Enhanced "G4" Pigmented Archival Inks is
what I am after? Is is compatible with the MIS-VM inks.

Thanks,

Steve

Yes, that's the right ink. Yes, it is compatible with MIS-VM inks. I,
among others, have experienced no compatibility problems. Further, my
nozzle checks seem to be coming with fewer problems since I began
using this ink. The only issue may be its relative archivality.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
