Diana,

Have you used InkAid with any of the Epson desktop printers with pigment
inks? The rollers, pizza wheels, etc. in the desktops supposedly smear the
inks even when using InkAid. I heard InkAid was only usuable with wide
format printers.

MIS GP Archival Inkset

2003-02-22 by sceptre12345 <am1000@videotron.ca>

I'm presently using MIS-FSN ink with an Epson 1160. I will have to re-
order soon and I just come across these new inks from MIS.

1- What are the advantage of MIS GP Archival Inkset over the MIS-FSN
as to dmax and lightfastness if any.

2- Any other advantages ?

3- What will be the tone of this new inkset: warm, cool or neutral ?

4- Any downsides to be considered?

5- Can I just just install these new ink or do I have to take my CIS
apart and clean it and also flush the printer head ?

NB: There are two new inksets from MIS. I hope this is the right one
for the 1160!

TIA,
Andre
