Digital BW, The Print

i was wondering when will 13' inch wide roll premium matt paper be 
available?  

as of today, i am only able to print 13x19 for my epson 2200..  I 
want 13 inch roll matt paper because its so much more convenient!

Why do you say it is "more convenient"? It has a curl, has to be cut -
- an awkward task that engenders some wastage, and is not any cheaper 
than pre-cut 13x19, unless you are printing at off-sizes.
