Digital BW, The Print

Has anyone encountered OS X/ 2200/ ColorByte IP 5.0
problems with sheet fed paper not responding to the
spoolface? I have to press the page button on the 2200
sometimes multiple times to initiate printing.

Do you have the "sheet" button in IP clicked "on")?  (default is off 
(unclicked)).  This is under the "setup" menu after you File: Print.
