Hi

I've been doing all digital printing for a year or so now (that¹s when the
dark room was turned into a printer/server room) For my B/W printing I use
an Epson 1160 with Lyson Small Gamut inks, while colour is a 1290 with Epson
Inks.

This list certainly is the place to find out more info, although note that
there are some very personal views expressed on the pros and cons of
different set-ups. It is very much a personal choice where only you can know
what you like the best.

For getting the images in the first place I either use 35mm film (mostly for
B/W) or an Olympus E20 (editorial/product pics) I use a canon FS4000
scanner for the film.

Software is mostly Photoshop, and all my computers Macs :-))

Be sure to browse the back issues of this list and its files section. I've
also tried to collect links and references to much of this on the site
below, in the photolinks and maclinks pages*.

bye for now
