Mubulg,

I couldn't get rid of that overspray on my old 1200 no matter what I 
did, You might need a new printer.

Try the + and \ufffd paper thickness lever at both plus and minus positions. 
The plus setting puts the heads farther
from the paper. This did take care of overspray for me once with a 1280 
printer, and the problem never returned.
Also realign your printheads using the epson realign utility.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
