Kodak Portra

When I shoot XP2 I expose at 320 rather than 400. I just pick up my first roll of Portra which is also rated at 400. Does anyone have any advice on exposing Portra B&W? Should I stick to the rating of 400 or should it also be shot at 320? Steve
