Digital BW, The Print

That's because it cannot be done.

You can get all sorts of B&W images from color images, but they will not be
the same as B&W images that were captured in B&W to begin with.  The set of
images that can be created from color is also much more restricted than the
set of images that can be created with B&W capture from the start.
