According to the chart in the manual, if_all_lights are blinking you have an
"internal error."  Unfortunately, the guide basically just says to make sure
something is not obstructing the movement of the head and then try turning
on and off.  If that doesn't work, they of course just recommend taking it
to take it to a dealer.

You might search the net for the counter resetting procedure.  I have not
had to use this but have heard it can be done via a combination of the
buttons on the front panel.  Maybe that would clear things up.
