You can try using a sheet of glass over the neg to lock it flat.  Problem
with my scanner is that the heat of the trannie bulb causes miniscule
movement of trannie resulting in unsharpness.  Big difference with extra
glass.  If it works for you on a trial basis, and you have newton ring
problmes, just get a anti-newton ring glass.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
