These recent threads on IJC and QuadTone RIP are great and have been very informative. I have a much better understanding of what is being done. A lot of good basic stuff on the mechanics of laying down ink as well. Mac users should really be taking a close look at these and certainly give QuadTone a try since it's free. (And report their experiences back to the group!) For those of us without Macs these may be some pieces of software that will prove the adage, "Software sells hardware." Once again anyone taking the Windows with Mac print server route please keep us informed. > Roy's page should be put in the software links section of this list, it's getting > interesting fast, is one of the only OSX options open to us, and > untill Roy get's smart, it's free.
