FWIW, sent by a trusted source. - Tim ------- Forwarded message follows ------- Stopped in at [local dealer] earlier this week, and they're predicting it will be a *long* time before the CoolScan starts shipping in quantity. They've had three units pass through their hands. First was to have been their floor demo. It never did work and gave a bogus error message. Second was to have been the replacement floor demo, but it went to a priority customer. He's been the proverbial happy clam. Third went to another pre-order customer. Joyous results for a while.
