I fail to see the "unfortunate" that it's a Mac only software. Creo
(formally Scitex) has always been pro-Mac, which is not a bad thing in
this Window's world.

I agree unfortunate is not the best word. Inexplicable would be a
better word.

There is a difference between being pro-Mac, and failing to support
the world's main operating system, which Windows, like it or not,
is.

And like it or not many of us - photographers use it. Why exclude our
existing systems.
I work on both platforms but I just hate these derogatory remarks about
any of the systems.
I do not give a... about corporations and their market share. But since
I chose PC
and it works for me (and I am not trying to say that's better - but not
worse at this time)
I would like to have my shooting eq. working on this platform, like most
of them did so far.
Let's at least be tolerant toward "other" system.
Regards to both parts of the digital world.
Jack

O don't mind a firm being Pro Mac or pro Windows.. But any compnay that
supports only one of the platforms (given how easy porting software is
with today's toolsets) is playing a game of exclusivity I don't like...

Next time I hear a Mac onwer complain about software being unavailable
on the Mac, instead of supporting him/her, perhaps I'll poste your
comment instead Mark... ;-)

Platoform-oriented dividivenss only hurts end-consumers..

Gee, I didn't think my comment would start a "mine is better then yours"
discussion. I was just commenting on the statement of "too bad" it's
only for Macs; like it was bad or something.

Sorry Window guys to ruffle your feathers, but yes I too own several
Windows machines also and don't mind using them anymore then I do my
Macs. They are sooo close in how they look, work, etc. nowadays it's a
blurrrrrr.
