I just had to do the same on my 1280 and would be interested in any info on
how to change it's pads. (Assuming there are really any in there!<G>)

My E3000 is within 20% of the end of its pad life.

I just took a peek at the pads ( under the ink set ).
From what I can observe, Epson is ultraconservative -
most of the pad area seems white. I think I will do
at least one reset before worrying about oversaturating
the pads. Probably the same with all the Epsons.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
