Setting up ink flow system

Setting up ink flow system

2003-06-27 by Gary Pitts

Group,
I'm setting up my first ink flow sysem on an 1160. The two systems I am
looking at are the MIS CFS system and the the No More Cart CIS system. Is
one system more reliable than the other? in fact are there any major
differences between the two systems?

Gary: I've had a MIS CFS in my 1280 and found it bulletproof for the
year I've had it. I can't comment on the No More Carts unit as I've
never owned one. But I will say the MIS unit is simple, well
engineered, has had no problems, is well supported and came complete
with even the special items to solve refill / clog problems is they
ever arise. There is nothing else available to buy from MIS, they give
you it all with their system. Based solely on my experience, I
wouldn't consider anything else.
